About us

The Witherspoon Institute (WIN) is a nonprofit community leadership think tank for youth in the arts. Since 2006, our artistic impact with a focus on creative arts development for stage and film has fostered youth development for the next generation of great storytellers who sing, dance, act, direct and produce. Our mission is to develop personal and collective success our youth (WINners) garner through leadership skill building; event production; business/social etiquette and performing arts development. We question: How do you impact the world through art/ How does art impact you? Our objective is to ignite artistic fireworks through an engaging curriculum that focuses on creative and developmentally appropriate skills to succeed in today’s challenging work environments in the arts. Our goal is to sustain our creative Think Tank- to challenge our artist(s) to think art on every level: What does it mean to be an artist/ support fellow artists/ engage and develop your audience and ultimately challenge the world through artistic expression.
